This sake was aged over a winter at Bungui Pass, a “zero magnetic field” site in Ina City, Nagano. The site is popular as a spiritual power spot, and believers hold that its balanced earth energy (or “ki”) shapes the sake.

A pleasant ginjo aroma balanced with rich umami, finishing clean and smooth. Compared with the standard line-up, the aging gives it more thickness, moderate bitterness and a rounder body. The blue label variant leans fruitier and sweeter than others in the series.
