Designed as a tribute to Burgundian red wines, and made with Wakaze's Classic Junmai aged in Pinot Noir barrels from the cellars of the famous Jacques Prieur estate.

The result is a round and warm sake, with light vanilla aromas, a smooth texture and a long and complex finish. A fruity sake that will go perfectly with all the great classics of French gastronomy. This sake pairs well with all the classics of French cuisine, such as meats in sauce, soft cheeses or chocolate-based desserts.
