Pure, clean perfumes of rich melon, pear, cotton candy with slight green notes. Luscious and full on the palette with a velvety texture. The elegant flavors progressively spreads, culminating into an explosion of fruit with mineral finish. Deep, elegant and complex.

One of the best Daiginjos. In a class of its own, it brings a lot of complexity to the table. Named after the Kuramoto's eldest daughter

Rather versatile to pair with food, I think.

Clear, colourless appearance with slightly high viscosity. Nose: Pineapple, melon, pear, banana, fresh cream, vanilla, lactic. Palate: Pineapple, melon, pear, fresh cream, mint, nutmeg, cedar, oak, dried leaves. Body: Medium. Alcohol: Medium. Umami: Medium (-). Acidity: Medium. Personal opinion: Sake has a clear, colourless appearance with slightly high viscosity. Ginjo-ka is definitely present, with some earthy, woody and damp aroma were noted. Medium intensity of aroma and complexity were observed. Sake is soft, creamy and silky, and feels slightly dry. It has a slightly weak attack, with a slightly long finish. This is a kun-shu which leans towards a heavier body; fragrant with a medium body. Maybe I’ll pair this with fried seasonal vegetables, sushi omakase, and sushi. Rather versatile to pair with food, I think.

Not worth if its more than 6mths past bottling date.

Disappointed with how the price tag did not meet expectations. I believe it would have been awesome if it was within 6 minths from bottling date. If past 6mths, wont recommend it.
