Description
Keep the taste of rice as it is. A transparent and aromatic pure rice liquor that combines the moderate apple-like ginjo aroma and the light and soft taste of Matsuyamamii. It is a great food sake with high umami.
This sake has a biting acidity and astringency that comes from non-carbon fining of this sake. It has a nice expression of rice flavours.
