A blend of 3-8 years cold-matured sake. Sublime, smooth, settled and deep, with aromas and flavours of aromatic dried fruits, hints of nuts, mild and gentle spices, with a complex and layered flavor release. Great with cheeses and aged meats.

An excellent aged Sake! This sake is a cuvee of 3 different vintages of specifically made Daiginjos. Made to be as exact as possible, the only difference between the 3 vintages would be the state of maturation. By blending this 3 brews, you get an amazing complexity that integrates perfectly with a long lasting finish. It also comes in a gorgeous bottle that makes for a perfect gift.
