Description

This signature product is made using yamadanishiki grown near the brewery. Intense perfumes of ripe fruits such as peach & pear, luscious texture, a juicy sweetness & a large flavor profile with a long finish.

Senkin Modern Muku is the flagship of their brewery. The young kuramoto, Usui san, designed this sake with his background in Wine.

Great Performer

Relatively less pronounced, on the nose of warmer climate fruits��. On the palate, more intense, more body, with a slight sense of umami. #Muku is a lesser known sake rice, but still performing better than other value #yamadanishiki in the market.
