Made with 100% Yamadanishiki culivated in Tano-no rice field, located deep in the mountains of Kanonji City, Kagawa Prefecture. The rice field is located at an altitude of approximately 230 meters, making it a perfect location for cultivation as it is a gently sloping terraced rice field with varying temperatures.

Made in small batches and long-term low-temperature fermentation. The elegant aroma brings out the delicate flavour of Yamadanishiki.
