1. Narutotai Daiginjo Judaime (U.P. $90): The true value of Naruto sea bream created by Motoko Matsuura, the new brewer of Matsuura Sake Brewery. Exquisite sweet scent reminiscent of rose flowers, coupled with a silky, soft and smooth taste. This is the first sake created by the brewery's 10th generation brewer, Motoko Matsuura when she took over the brewery in December 2022.

Nito Junmai Ginjo Nama Zodiac 2024 (U.P. $88): The zodiac year of the dragon brings with it a new variation to Nito’s zodiac series, slightly altered every year to bring a new experience to Nito fans! This fine-tuned sake brings a high level of polish to the art of sake making, beginning with the aroma of muscat, soft and sweet, yet also thick with a lush richness well balanced with a refreshing bite of dryness and a hint of fizziness.
