Description

This sake has a fruity aroma and a smooth texture , so it is easy to drink although it has a high alcohol content of 17%. Please enjoy it with a wine glass chilled, also recommended with some ice in summer.

Strong tropical notes of cherry and cotton candy with hints of creamy aroma. Bold, smooth and full bodied sake with lush melons and peaches. Nice balance of flavour with good complexity. Finishing with slight dryness of zesty notes and a tinge of heat/light spice.

Top Class Junmai Ginjo

More akin in taste to a JM DGJ. Very fruity. Always look forward to a restock of this seasonal sake!
