Have a authentic Kyoto Fine Dining Experience with Chef Kaji Mitsuyoshi of Kappo Kaji fame, together with the delicious Kyoto sake, Tsuki No Katsura.

The sake pairing dinner will be hosted by Junichi Masuda, the 15th generation president of Masuda Tokubee Shoten, the brewery that makes the famous Tsuki No Katsura Sake.

Born in 1993, Junichi took over as the brewery president in 2022. Educated in the USA, he is well spoken, and has many ideas to modernised the 350 year old sake brewery.

The sake brewery was founded in 1675, and were the first brewery to create Nigori sake, Sparkling Sake, and are at the forefront in the efforts to make aged sake popular again.
