This Junmai is Kyoto’s everyday delicious Sake.

Brewed using Kyoto's local sake rice Kyo no Kagayaki and the region's renowned soft water, Fushimimizu (less mineral contents in water).

The palate is smooth and soft with fruity notes of grapes, apples, and mango, complemented by hints of herbs, white pepper, fresh nuts, mild bitterness, sweet rice, and a clean, crisp finish.
