Enjoy the fruity aroma, refreshing acidity and smooth texture. It is lightly sparkling like champagne. The aroma of pear spread along with the bubble and delivers freshness. When the bubble settles down, it adds the aromas of rice and bread. The flavour of rice and umami remains on your tongue. This sake was made from IWAI rice from a special contract with a Fushimi rice farmer. It has a luxurious and elegant taste.
Light and silky, with a delicate tropical fruit nose, good complexity. Lots of floral aromas with hints of morning dew. It uses Iwai rice type which is a high quality Ginjo rice with a very large Shinpaku/starch center. Hence, less polishing is needed to achieve the same desired results.
