Unpasteurized Seasonal Sake for Summer! Has uplifting nose of peaches, with a fresh green Namazake note. Juicy with a yoghurt like acidity with a tea-like astringency.
Very wine-like acidity, with an unusual aroma of red fruits (raspberries). A unique sake that deserves to be tried at least once.
