This year’s theme for Yamakawamitsuo is ‘Yamakawamitsuo Encounters with Meat’ and for this fall we will be pairing with Yonezawa beef. Yamakawamitsuo went to see Yonezawa beef but fell asleep in the pasture.
This year’s product will genshu with 14% alcohol and brewed with Yamagata grown Dewasansan rice. Utilizing Kojima Sohonten’s original sakeyondanshikomi, four-step brewing method, Yamakawamitsuo Fall 2021 is light yet complex, pairing perfectly with the soft taste of Yonezawa beef.
