Toko is very proud to announce that this sake has been awarded a gold medal at 2021's "Reiwa Year 2 Sake National New Sake Appraisal". To commemorate this tremendous win, they have produced a limited number of "Toko Junmai Daiginjo Gold Award Winning Sake".
SOMMELIER'S NOTES
It is the 2nd time Toko has won the competition with their Junmai Daiginjo. This is quite an impressive feat since at the National New Sake Appraisal, Daiginjo-style sake (brewed with added alcohol) is overwhelmingly popular and Junmai Daiginjos are a rarity.
