SAKE SWEETNESS

DESCRIPTION
Since ancient times, "Kamenoo" in the east and "Asahi" in the west have been regarded as representatives of delicious rice in Japan, and most of the current delicious rice has been improved by adding the blood of these two varieties.
SOMMELIER'S NOTES
A complex, multi-layered sake with aromas of cotton candy and sweet bread. An off-dry palate with minerality and astringency that makes the sake a great companion grilled seafood. The flavours changes as the sake rests in the glass or bottle.
