DESCRIPTION
This dry taste sake has refershing aromas of fruit and rice. Soft feeling on the tongue, also transparency of flavour. A seasonal release for autumn, this sake has been pasteurized only once. The nose comprises of light cream, a slight green note and the clarity of rainwater. Generously textured, with a soft astringency on the end. Dry throughout
