SAKE SWEETNESS

DESCRIPTION
Sweet nectarine aromas, coupled with melon and cherry flavors with a hint of yuzu peel. Juicy and wide flavor profile, with a complex grainy and velvety texture, crisp smooth finish. Soft and gentle body with a good sense of alcohol, although the abv is quite low. Good with French dishes.
SOMMELIER'S NOTES
Very wine-like flavours. The richness and body of this product totally doesn't feel like a low alcohol sake. The style of #2 is richer and rounder than #1. This sake is produced by replacing water in the sake brewing process with untitled #1 sake.
