An undiluted, non-charcoal filtered sake with amazing complexity and character. Lush note of banana, lychee, bread, nuts and dark chocolate. Lush on the palette with a presence and umami that lingers.
Rich and powerful notes. Strong complexity and body makes this sake stand out. The sake is named after the founder of the brewery.

The last part of filtration is a process where active charcoal is added to bind to the finest of sediments that escaped the first 2 steps. Muroka 無濾過 sakes are non-charcoal filtered, so even though they are not cloudy, they are usually yellowish and have a silky or syrupy mouthfeel. My fav style! Traditionally, clarity and clean mouthfeel is considered premium, but muroka style sake has become popular too
