DESCRIPTION
It is called Nakadori because it collects drops with the best balance of flavour, so you can fully enjoy the taste of the special rice.
Aiyama is a special rice type that is used in many of Takagi Shuzo's high end sakes. It is famous for its velvety texture, elegant sweetness and umami.
