Koshi No Shizuku
Hourai has yet again opened a new door of flavours with this sake by combining Koshi No shizuku with a yeast with calm aroma and Iwashimizu (water). Result is a smooth and refreshing sake that resembles the cold air of the early morning with a deep aftertaste.
Koshi No Shizuku is a rare rice created in 2003. It is a crossbreed between a Hyogo Kita Nishiki and Miyama Nishiki rice type.
