An award winning light, smooth Junmai Ginjo which develops into a crisp richness with a fruity, herbal aroma and lemon grapefruit notes. Akinota means Autumn Fields. Recommended with Sushi, Oysters and Seafood
SOMMELIER'S NOTES
This is the flagship sake of Suzuki Shuzoten. It is one of the first ginjo-styled sake ever made. This sake has surprisingly high acidity, creating interesting sake pairing dynamics.
