Hatsukame Sake Brewery
This Tokubetsu Junmai has a soft fragrance of sweet steamed buns and ripe grapefruit. A crisp refreshing palate finishing with mandarin peel.
This brewery is very famous for being one of the first in Japan to make Ginjo level sake. Homarefuji is a Shizuoka specific rice that is a relative of Yamadanishiki rice.
