This is the limited edition and the most famous "Gozenshu Omachi Bodaimoto Junmai Daiginjo" sake from Tsuji Honten. Using the Japanese-style brewing method called Bodaimoto, it is patiently matured in low temperature until it is perfectly suited for drinking.
The rich umami flavor of Kamenō Town and the tartness that is unique to Bodaimoto are very present here. Expect white peach aroma, slight sweetness and acidity that finishes clean.

Sweetness and savouriness of an omachi sake, but with rounder and luxurious mouthfeel. Good on its own or with steak.
