Three years in the making! The members of Maniwa Haccos have finally started working together on a joint brewing project. Following on the heels of Ochi Sake Brewery's Taisho no Tsuru HACCOS 2022, which was unveiled earlier and received a great response, GOZENSHU finally released its own HACCOS 2022.
Since its establishment in 2012, the Maniwa Haccos team has been working on various projects such as events to enjoy fermented food and drink , tie ups with restaurants, and tourism to visit fermentation breweries. Under the unified brand "HACCOS," which were launched in 2021, member breweries work on joint projects based on the common theme of "fermentation," including various alcoholic beverages and food
products. Through the application and crossover of the technologies cultivated by each company, new products will be developed, and the fun and appeal of fermentation, which is not bound to a specific genre, will be communicated.
Light nutty and cedar aroma with the slightest hints of green vegetables and bell pepper. Very soft and easy to drink, with the nutty flavours continuing to show in the palate. Candied sweetness in the beginning, with a warm finish. Very enjoyable, a sake that'll be appreciated by both seasoned drinkers and beginners.
