Head Sake Educator / Educator
Adrian started his journey in Sake in 2013. Fortuitously, he was at the right place at the right time, when Sake started booming outside Japan.
Under the guise of research, he spends 3-4 weeks a year visiting Japan, and currently has been to more than 90 Sake Breweries! He has also visited breweries in Taiwan, Australia, Canada, USA & England.
Adrian frequently conducts talks, seminars, workshop and food pairing events to increase appreciation for not only Japanese Sake, but also its history and culture. He has been a sake judge for IWC Sake (The largest sake competition in the world) for the last 3 years. He won a international award, the Future50 in 2019, stapling him as a professional to watch.

Senior Account Manager
Grace is a Shatec Alumni, and started her career in 2008 as a sous chef in various establishments. In 2015, she transferred from the kitchen to the front of house, due to her warm and bubbly persona. Quickly promoted to restaurant manager, she used her power of personality to sell Sake to customers.
She joined Inter Rice Asia in 2018 for new challenges. Becoming a SSI Kikisake-Shi in 2018, she uses her in depth restaurant know-how, and love of food & sake to voodoo customers into enjoying Japanese Sake.
Charlie has an upbeat personality. Having tried his hand across various industries, from the performing arts to aviation, it was his calling in F&B that he settled upon. Starting his career doing marketing in the ice cream industry, he gradually gravitated to his first love: alcohol.
He is deep into the craft alcohol scene, be it craft beer or whisky, and that has lead him to Sake.
Joining the Inter Rice Asia team in 2019, Charlie has quickly become an asset with an eye on interesting collaborations and his infectious energy. He enjoys diving deeper into the artisan elements of sake, food and life.
Market Communications Executive
Nicholas is the youngest member of our team. He is also a Shatec Alumni, and completed his degree recently while working for IRA.
He has a great palate for sake, and it’s a pity that he has a bad case of the Asian Flush! His first love is Liverpool FC followed by A5 Wagyu. He is very good at the theory of recommending his favourite sakes to people.
