One of winter’s real pleasure is that sake lovers can finally taste the fresh rich flavours of this Genshu after a year of waiting. Made with a new recipe and released in November 2021.

This shinshu has a deep, crisp and rich flavour. It is full of umami and lively like freshly pressed sake. Notes of apricot and nuts presented in a clear, soft palate. Gentle and pleasant finish with hints of citrus. Suggested food pairing includes cheese and white meat.
