Saijo Tsuru's label contains the words "Hiroshima traditional local sake". The characteristic of Hiroshima sake is generally said to be "a soft, mellow and rich flavour created by the soft water brewing method." Sake from this series embodies all that, but with added layer of taste that pursues gorgeousness and precision, and sharpness. The label design reflects the designer's hope for Saijo Tsuru brewery to spread its wings not only in its hometown of Hiroshima, but all over Japan and the world.

Fruity aromas of strawberries, pineapples and pears. The swell of the taste is moderate, and it has a well-balanced finish that disappears along with the refreshing bitterness and sourness.
