Made with 100% Niigata-grown Kameno-o. In order to continuously improve the quality, the brewery constantly tweaks its brewing method in each batch. Therefore the taste of each batch is different, and the same product will never be made again.
Aromas of banana peel and melon. Light and fresh on the tongue, with a refreshing and astringent finish.
