   A gentle aroma of peaches, rose with hints of rainfall. Supremely elegant and pure in its flavors, with a light mouthfeel, and detailed structure throughout. Very clean, light and dry.

2. Manotsuru Junmai Daiginjo Sado Yamadanishiki
   

   Made using Yamadanishiki rice grown in Sado Island. It is graceful and elegant, the nose is the bouquet of roses , orange blossom and apple. Complex sweet spice notes towards the finish.
