Description
This is one of the Sake brewery's highest-grade sake. Brewed using Koshitanrei which was grown by the brewery, This sake gives an elegant and rich flavour.
Koshitanrei is a unique Niigata rice which is a cross between the top 2 strains of Sake Rice. Very premium tasting Junmai Daiginjo. Pleasant astringency, full Body with peppery finish.
