A rare aged sake made with the Kimoto method. Futo-O is the nickname of a traditional Japanese tumbler doll , which always returns to an upright position when knocked over.

Light, umami, mouth-watering aromas of grilled shiitake mushroom. Flavours of cornflakes, and dark chocolate. A warm and comforting drink with a velvety mouthfeel and surprisingly clean after taste. Pairs well with aged cheese and beef.
