    This is a special bottling made to celebrate the 50th year of the brew master brewing sake. It is unpasteurised in tank before bottling to allowing the sake to develop complex flavours. Aroma of broth, herbs and winter melon, palate of rock melon and creamy richness. Reminds you of a walk into a field after a rain.
  2. Kaba Sira Junmai Daiginjo Homare:
    Sira translate to “honour”. This sake won gold in 2020’s Kura Master and was award 90 points by world-famous wine critic Robert Parker. Honour of Hida indeed.
