Very sweet and smooth sake. Although it has high alcohol, it is still quite light and aromatic. It is a limited edition sake by Sanzen brewery made using Omachi rice.
This sake is made under the Concept Workers Selection label. This is a collection of new products from different sake breweries that is developed half a step ahead in terms of taste, concept and label. It is made with the target market of men and women in their 20s to 40s, people who value story rather than brand.
