Once a year, this is the only time of year when Juyondai's raw sake is available. Seasonally made, and as such, demand for it fluctuates. It's notably characterised by the Banshu Yamadanishiki rice, named after the old Harima Region in Hyogo. It's regionality and excellent rice earned it the GI Status.
