An undiluted, non-charcoal filtered sake with amazing complexity and character. Lush note of banana, lychee, bread, nuts and dark chocolate. Lush on the palette with a presence and umami that lingers.

SingaporeThe last part of filtration is a process where active charcoal is added to bind to the finest of sediments that escaped the first 2 steps. Muroka 無濾過 sakes are non-charcoal filtered, so even though they are not cloudy, they are usually yellowish and have a silky or syrupy mouthfeel. My fav style! Traditionally, clarity and clean mouthfeel is considered premium, but muroka style sake has become popular too
