DESCRIPTION
A sake brewed by adding more sake. A sweet sake that has intense notes of raisins, prunes, mandarin peel, enoki mushrooms, and chocolate. It has been aged 10 years to offer complexity and depth. Perfect with sweet miso marinated items and dessert.
